Booking queries

If you are unable to travel, have made an error, or wish to change your booking, please note that once a booking has been made, easyBus tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. You can cancel your ticket for which a 50% penalty will apply, with the remaining amount credited back to your easyBus account for use on future bookings over the next 12 months.

Journey Feedback

To provide feedback relating to your journey after you have travelled with easyBus, please send it to us using our HelpDesk system. If you have the information available please include the registration number of the bus you travelled on.

easyBus will only respond to feedback sent through this channel where we deem it appropriate.
