We now partner with leading bus operators to sell tickets on all of the most popular routes in the UK and world wide. Your ticket will include instructions on how to contact the journey operator directly should you need help with cancellations or modifications.
You can also login to your account to manage different aspects of your booking.
Please note that easyBus does not have a phone helpline.
Please make sure you read our policy regarding child seats.
We cannot accept booking confirmations as proof of travel. Please be sure to present your ticket to the driver at the start of your journey and retain the ticket for its duration. When purchasing a ticket from the driver, always ask for a receipt and retain this as proof of purchase for the length of your easyBus journey.
Check the destination printed on your ticket before boarding the bus at the stop to ensure you arrive at the right destination.
