Print your tickets before you travel
We cannot accept booking confirmations as proof of travel. Please be sure to present your ticket to the driver at the start of your journey and retain the ticket for its duration. When purchasing a ticket from the driver, always ask for a reciept and retain this as proof of purchase for the lenght of your easyBus journey.
Check your destination before boarding
Check the destination printed on your ticket before boarding the bus at the stop to ensure you arrive at the right destination.
Please note that once a booking has been made, easyBus tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
You can cancel your ticket for which a 50% penalty will apply with the remaining amount credited back to your easyBus account for use for future bookings in the next 12 months.

- Booking reference number.
- Email address you gave at the time of booking.
- Route e.g. Stansted to London, one way or return.
- Date and time of departure of the booking.
