  • Zonar Systems® Integration

    Now, maintenance analytics and back-end record keeping are a seamless process. We are proud to announce that our EasyBus Maintenance Software now integrates with Zonar Systems (www.zonarsystems.com) to provide you with streamlined workflow and maximum accountability. Zonar hand held devices used for pre-trip and post-trip inspections automatically create work-orders in our EasyBus Maintenance software!

  • Auto Mapping and Directions

    EasyTrip Enterprise, the most powerful trip and charter dispatch software on the market, now offers the ability to link to a Yahoo® or Google® to print maps and directions and mileage for a trip. Unlimited stops and destinations may be managed in EasyTrip, and then seamlessly transposed to an online map with turn-by-turn directions!

  • Easy Calendar

    EasyTrip Enterprise now offers a powerful calendar to assist dispatchers with assigning busses and drivers to trips. A scalable grid indicates what vehicles and personnel are assigned between any time and date range, with color-coded bars that are easy to see and understand. Driver conflicts (attendance, overtime, trip assignment etc.), and vehicle conflicts (out of service, already assigned) are clearly indicated so a dispatcher can see what is available in seconds!
