  • *SQL REQUIREMENTS: Microsoft® provides a free license of SQL Server 2005 Express Edition that can be downloaded from their web site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/. SQL Express does not limit the number of users, but it does limit the number of used processors to one, and RAM to 1 GB, effectively limiting comfortable use of EasyTrip Enterprise for larger organizations. Large installations of more than 20 users should consider purchasing the full license of SQL Server if performance is too slow. Contact your local software provider for pricing and information.

EasyTrip Request

Local Workstation (End User)

Software

  • Ability to access SSL encrypted websites is required. Contact your technology department for details.
  • Any of the following web browsers are compatible with EasyTrip Request.
    • Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
    • Apple® Safari version 3.0.4 or higher
    • Mozilla® Firefox version 2.0.0 or higher

Email

  • Each user must have access to a valid email address that will be used to send and receive notifications through EasyTrip Request. Their email address will also be their EasyTrip Request user login.

Server:

  • EasyBus, Inc. hosts the EasyTrip Request website for the online request and approval of trips and charters. EasyTrip Enterprise accesses EasyTrip Request using Web Services to download trips from the hosted EasyTrip Request SQL database to your local EasyTrip Enterprise SQL database.
