How can I claim my lost property?
easyBus vehicles are taken to the coach's home depot and lost property found on the bus handed to the Lost Property Coordinator.
The easyBus Stansted and Gatwick Airport route vehicles are based at Park Royal, London, whilst the Luton route vehicles are based at Luton.
Please submit your Lost Property issue into our customer support section giving full details of the property, date, time and destination that you travelled and a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours via email.
